Bio

Ms. Johnson completed two yoga teacher trainings with LifePower Yoga, Teachers: Johnny Kest & Jane James in 2012 & 2014. In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher ERYT, Licensed Massage Therapist LMT, Meditation Teacher, Cranial Sacral Therapist, Lymphatic Therapist, she also is an Intuitive Healer.

Ms. Johnson is a Faculty Teacher at Irene’s School of Myomassology (alumni) in Southfield, MI & she teaches an array of the elective classes. She has also led multiple Yoga Teacher Training Programs at Lifetime Fitness (Shelby, MI) and currently teaches & Co-Leads a Yoga Teacher Training program at The Trap Yoga & Massage Studio (Downtown Detroit, MI)

Coming out of the pandemic, racial pandemic & the death of her father in July 2020 to COVID complications. Ms. Johnson continued to heal & work. In October 2020 Ms. Johnson released a Downloadable Book & Audible EP
