Bio

💗 I’m a master-certified coach who helps coaches, therapists, counselors and other helpers and creatives get off the wheel of performing and striving for worthiness so they can integrate their work with a mindful, heart-centered deeply connected life.

💓 The culture of my coaching is Wise Vulnerable, Safe. I’m passionate about and committed to creating a space where women feel genuinely SEEN and HEARD. My coaching is trauma-informed.

💕 I help my clients manage anxiety, dispel insecurity, and uncover and own their rightness. When women learn to trust themselves, their lives begin to align with their unique and deeply personal sweet spot.

💖 I’m master-certified through the Life Coach School. I’m also a certified in integrative coaching, and am currently a student in Joanna Lindenbaum’s Sacred Depths Coach Certification.

💝 I’m a coach certification instructor and love teaching the art of coaching

💛 I am an adoptee born during the baby sweep era and love connecting with other women and men who are as well.

💛 My adoptive mother died suddenly when I was four and that has shaped my passion to help women - especially those touched by childhood trauma or who grew up un-mothered heal and thrive.

💛 I’m currently writing a book for women who feel intrinsically broken and want to reclaim and experience their wholeness.

💛 I’m married to my love of 32 years and we live in Northern MN with our dogs and cats.

💛 I’m a feminist, an artist and writer. I’m also a committed supporter of animal welfare and a part of my history spanning over almost two decades was direct involvement in dog rescue and adoption.

💛 I’m reunited with much of my biological family and history. I’m Danish, Italian, and Hawaiian with traces of Ojibwa and Irish.

💛 I love reading, writing, art journaling, painting, interior and landscape design and music. I’m learning to play the ukulele.
