Failure - is a word in my vocabulary. If I didn’t fail at all the things I’ve tried to accomplish I wouldn’t know how to push through all the other barriers I’ve hit along the way.

I am grateful for my family and friends even if they don’t always think I am. Appreciate the small things whether it helps or not - learn from it.

Lost, then found again
I was a student athlete back in the day. I sustained an injury my freshman year in college. I was devastated at the time. However, it taught me resilience. After years of dealing with stress eating, I’ve started believing in myself again. I am on my 7th week with a personal trainer and eating plant based. It took me 25 years to put on the weight. I could spend 1 year taking it off. I am not a quitter!!
