Hi I’m a superconsciousness Coach .
I immerse women in tools and strategies to shift them from creating their lives out of unconscious patterning. 😍

Our brains can not create abundance , bliss, ease and flow unless we train them too and most women don’t realise this and spend their time making goals and acting but not getting the results they know deep down are possible. 🧠

It actually takes a shift in perspective and a shift in identity which is what I had to do for myself 8 years again when I was in the middle of a tricky marriage break up which left me with bad credit , two sad children and no where to go. My Mum was sick and I was looking after her too . 😩

My thinking and unconscious patterning wasn’t going to create a greater life for me and it had already had me overwhelmed, stressed, anxious and low. So I took myself on a quest to shift out of that patterning and into using my innate intelligence to create my life from instead. 😃

As an educational consultant I already knew a lot about brains and I also understood how energy worked too. So my tools are based on how our universe really works [Quantum Physics ] and on neuroplasticity. We are a being not a brain but we have been trained to create our lives from doing , to get to being a certain way . And to create our lives from thinking but our thinking is all created from limited unconscious patterns wired in during childhood. 🤨

By digging into our own innate knowing or what I call the superconsciousness, we can tap into infinite resources , time , superpowers , ease, flow and bliss. We are then being rather than doing and from this our actions arise naturally and we step into true flow and bliss. 🥰
