I am a Sr. Story Producer at Ancestry®. I’ve worked on such television shows as Long Lost Family, Roots Less Traveled, A New Leaf, and Who Do You Think You Are? I have led the Ancestry® Corporate Research team on various family history projects including the “Finding Kamau Bell” series on CNN’s Emmy-award winning United Shades of America and the multi-award-winning Sundance TV documentary short, “Railroad Ties” with Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. 🎥🎬📺❤️

I started my first family tree at eight years old and loved sleuthing and storytelling even then. I specialize in US family history and DNA cases combined with genealogical evidence as well as story producing for various digital content pieces and programming opportunities.🧬📖💻

My “other” career...I have a BA in Theatre from Brigham Young University and have been a freelance production stage manager for more than 20 years. I am currently adjunct faculty at BYU teaching stage management. 🎭🎶🎤🎓🏫
