Dr. Kenneth Vaughan graduated of Norfolk State University where he majored in elementary education. While attending Norfolk State he became member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. He has been an educator for over 20 years serving as a math coach, instructional coach, assistant principal, and educational consultant.
Dr. Vaughan is the author of several books which includes Teens Can Lead Too: Youth Leadership and Social Reform, Youth Leadership and Decision Making , Simba’s Paradox, Girls Can Do Anything, What If Superheroes Taught Kindergarten, I Own My Success, New Beginnings, Shadows of a Man, With Great Power, When Daddy’s Away, and The Recruiting of an Archangel.
Kenneth has worked as a school administrator, math consultant, teacher trainer, and school improvement adviser. Through his work, he continues to empower teachers, students, parents, and communities. Kenneth’s work with others reiterates his guiding principles of individual and collective accountability to positively influence the lives of children. Currently, Kenneth also works with young fathers to help them take more active roles in their child's life.
