Lina Sosa is a hands-on and results-driven Executive Coach with more than 20 years’ experience managing and coaching individuals and teams to upgrade their level of thinking, reach their goals, and grow to their fullest potential. Within her engagements, Lina helps design and develop a culture by design that yields strong morale and increases the overall effectiveness of a team.
For nearly two decades, Lina served as President of Managed Maintenance, Inc. (MMI), a SaaS company whose clients included IBM, Arrow, Tech Data, and Lenovo.
In her role Lina led diverse teams: Customer Success, Data and Business Analysts, Software Developers, Project Managers, Human Resources and Finance Departments. These varied teams represented a wide range of personalities, cultural backgrounds, and skill sets which she effectively guided in a rapid growth environment. Within her executive role she also worked closely with world-wide clients as well as local small businesses, directly impacted internal policy development, and implemented a successful customer success and sales programs. Lina’s work is directly responsible for elevating both the staff and the customer experience.
