The main platform I use is Instagram and I encourage women to take care of their skin and how to maintain healthy clear skin.
In addition, my mission is to help women reevaluate their version of self-care and achieve the best version of self care for themselves. Self care is more than facial masks and a bubble bath, I teach women that pouring into your own cup first will allow you to achieve the best relationship in your life. Self care has helped me establish a positive mindset and decreased my anxiety.
