🍃I offer support and guidance to those facing a life-limiting illness, their family and loved ones. I walk with the client, family, and loved ones during the illness, death, time after death, and into the grief process.
✔️I am am a certified death doula, 🌈a certified life coach, 🍁and I have had a 30+ year career in massage therapy, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release.
