Hi there, Im Nikki to my friends and I sure do hope we become friends soon. I'm a mommy first, to a set of 3yr old twin girls and a former 27weeker micro preemie who is now a whopping 8yrs old princess (our journey has been quite something) then in my office, I'm a mental health professional who is passionate about using natural medicine to gradually get my clients off allopathic meds, especially focusing on gut health, anxiety and depression. Yes, my natural journey started with my 27weeker, long story there 🤗

Another passion lies with corporates. My aim is to help them develop balanced employee wellness programmes with a unique twist. Giving our programmes the edge over many others.

I have developed a childrens journal to help parents or other health workers get an inside view into our littles ones emotions that they find hard to verbalise.

Mellow Mindfulness is a programme that i have put together for schools. It is an adapted childrens meditation programme to help bring our kiddies down a few notches as we know how an average school day can be quite over stimulating for them.

I also conduct wellness consults online globally, teaching people how to use essential oils in their daily lives as well as psychotherapy and life coaching.

We are regularly running free, online, live classes to learn more about oils and their uses.
