Widowed at 52, 3 months after my husband died my little sister was diagnosed with cancer, and died the following year. 😭
In between these two significant losses, I completed the Grief Recovery Method adding to my NLP/Hypnotherapy therapies of 17 years.😃🎓
Grief is the emotion that we all do when we experience a loss of any kind. Be that death divorce relationships health finances pets 🐶 etc these are all losses and you are grieving.
How much you grieve is determined by how attached you are to that loss.🤔
I am here to get more people talking about their losses allowing them to heal and discover their Life After Loss. 👩👧👦👨👧👦
I also love Swing 💃🏻 dancing which I discovered after my losses. I also love triathlon and am an ironman. 🏅😂
