I use art, film and politics both within & outside academia to facilitate community discussions & gather data in pursuit of social justice. As a writer, researcher, facilitator and dance teacher I seek to change societal ills by using intuitive art practice and movement as medicine to overcome adversity.

Founder of Cultures of Consent where we educate the youth outside of rape culture in schools across London. & Resist and Renew a annual weekend trip away to nature for inner city youth in Tower Hamlets. The children spend the weekend immersed in nature, art, politics and social justice.
