Our Week in Uzès- come join us in southern France for a 6 day, 7 night food lover’s dream tour. With my husband, French chef Eric Fraudeau we have put together a program that will tempt your tastebuds and build your skills in the kitchen. Week in Paris - for 5.5 days we’ll delight in the chef’s pick for all things gastronomical in the city of light. Brasserie and bistro cuisine is the highlight of this food and wine experience. We will take you to champagne to well-known and “you should know” champagne houses.
