Leslie is an accomplished leader, team builder, mentor, and coach, who has aided and supported young and mid-level professionals to develop strategic plans for their personal and professional growth. By acknowledging and leveraging her strengths, in 2018, she left higher education to pursue her true love of coaching women. Driven by her mission to help women grow personally and professionally, Leslie created Life Management Coaching.

Through her coaching, Leslie helps busy entrepreneurs reclaim and lead their life instead of letting their busy lives lead them.
