I have been involved in technology over the last 18 years either as a people manager or an individual contributor. I'm a problem solver at heart and I've focused my career on working on a variety of interesting challenges, leading teams to create elegant solutions that make life easier for others.

My passion lies in building a strong, inclusive engineering culture, that fosters growth, and promotes a healthy work/life balance for everyone in my org.

Ranging from developer technical support all the way to leading company-wide efforts to evolve the technology stack, I always mentor and try to raise the bar for all those around me.

Complementing a strong technological background, I'm also well versed on the business and operational aspects of the products my teams build. Completely customer-focused, understanding who uses the output of my work, how they use it, and how it can be made better for them has always been a core personality trait that allows me to deliver great experiences, time and time again.

During my tenure, I've had the opportunity to work globally, driving technology and business development across multiple cultures and markets in Latin America, Asia-Pacific and North American countries.
