Outdoor chef , restaurant manager, artisan-product developer & artisan producer, our love to organic, locally -produced goods is visible in all our menus,. We are working with what we call “relationsmat” (relationship food). That means that we know the farmer, and vegetable grower, the hunter etc. Because of this we can keep track of all the products we use - their origins and treatment.
