For over 20 years I have been immersed in operational leadership, customer service excellence and training. My professional path has taken turns that allowed me to explore amazing opportunities that pushed me outside my comfort zone from public sector administration, to sales, to multi-unit retail management to entrepreneurship to business operations consulting.

Outside of my professional life, I am extraordinarily passionate about service to my community. I have formed two nonprofits, one to provide free CPR/AED training to community groups and organizations serving children (DejaVuSafety.org) and the other a youth robotics club for 6-12th grade students interested in exploring opportunities in STEM (BrandywineBOTS.org).

I also serve on the Board of Education for a K-12 school district serving 10,000+ students in northern Delaware (BrandywineSchools.org). I am a professional wedding officiant focused on creating the most personal, modern wedding ceremonies for couples from all walks of life (MarriedByTheBest.com).
