Hey 🖐🏻, I’m Leigh.

I’m a qualified executive coach with over 20 years of observing, partnering and advising leaders at every level. Over this time I have recruited and cultivated hundreds of leadership pipelines and supported countless leaders to increase their performance in well known global brands as well as small independents.

I’m ridiculously passionate about holding a safe and inspiring space for established high performing founders and their teams as well as leaders of small businesses earlier on in their journey. As well as needing counsel and development, often they simply need a confidential sounding board and coach in their corner to help them uplevel their performance, navigate their next move and connect them to others.

🌟I’m a big big advocate of leading business your way and my business is built around my life and my passion for the great outdoors. I thrive in the countryside. I’m a horsey person and one of the favourite things I love to do is hang outside in the country anywhere with a view and space with my husband, 2 young boys (who are 8 and 11) and our cocker spaniel.✌🏻❤️
