Why Me?
👩🏾‍🏫 As a former math and science teacher, instructional coach, and county administrator, I know first hand the systems at play that contribute to systemically racist policies, especially in STEM education
🔥 I quit my job in education administration and decided to build my own seat at the table by recognizing, dismantling and rebuilding these systemically racist systems..
📚 I am passionate about playing the game of AND: standards-based education AND equity and social justice.
