My first ever BTL house purchase and BRRR, I purchased at auction, for £53000, spent £8000 on refurbishment. Remortgaged for £75000 (valued at £100k - 75% LTV), so all money back out plus £14k. Think I’ve calculated that right 🤪. Also £406 pm profit from interest only mortgage.

Properties currently leased to local authority for 5 years. No hassle, no maintenance. This is also a strategy to add passive income.
