During the day I am an Innovation Catalyst, Keynote Speaker, Workshop Leader, Culture Change Agent and Design Thinking Trainer. I am the Lead Innovation Catalyst for Magical Dude Consulting, LLC I worked over 32 years at The Walt Disney Company, helping create some of their most impactful marketing campaigns, memorable guest experiences and operational efficiencies.
