Hey welcome to my bio!!!

I am a victim, survivor and a fighter. Recovering addiction of alcohol and drugs but striving to help others who have been through trauma, domestic violence and any other trial or tribulation.

Life is not easy, I've been beaten, raped and abused, bullied and made to feel unloved, worthless and a slave to men but not anymore, now I do what I believe to be the right thing and strive to help others feel valued, loved and worth more than they first believed.

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get.

I now provide life coaching to young women struggling with difficult emotions to gain a better perspective on their lives and achieve their goals.
