Lenny is a commercial and editorial photographer as well as a cinematographer who is from Syracuse, NY and is now based in Burlington, VT. Lenny has a Master’s Degree in photography from The S.I.Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. After grad school he was first assistant to Stephen Wilkes, and worked with him on his fine art project, “Day to Night”, with projects around the globe. Lenny assisted Stephen on his National Geographic assignment documenting bird migration and can be seen in the March 2018 issue.
With a love of travel and exploration, his skills can be used either working independently or in a collaborative environment. Whether it is photographing the full eclipse in Teton Mountains or capturing waterfalls on the border of China and Vietnam, Lenny’s objective is to capture a moment in time that changes the way one perceives the world.
Lenny’s work can be seen published nationally in such outlets as ESPN, Powder, Backcountry and Vermont Life and a variety of clients around the world. Lenny has been recognized for his ski photography with first place in the East Coast shootout at Stowe Mountain Resort. Lenny was also recognized by the Associated Collegiate Press News for Multimedia Video of a film he produced.
