I live in Clearwater, FL after living most of my life in MN.
I love to walk the beach π, spend time in nature πΊ, cook nourishing foods π², spend time with God ππ» & friends β₯οΈβ οΈ bike π΄ & read π.
I also enjoy helping women figure out WHY they have nagging symptoms like brain fog, belly bloat, weight struggles & hormone imbalances by teaching them how to use food & daily habits as medicine.
I help women by taking a functional nutrition & lifestyle approach to helping them resolve nagging symptoms.
My specialty is thyroid health so I call myself a Thyroid Detective coach. π΅οΈββοΈ Symptoms are a clue that your body is out of balance. Like a detective, I help you uncover why symptoms are popping up and so we work together to solve your case.
Working in partnership, we dig deep to uncover your unique triggers. This work shifts your terrain so you can go from feeling sickly to enjoying vibrant health. By consistently applying functional principles, symptoms start to disappear.
