I am a single family property real estate investor that is looking to go into multi-family as well as commercial and development. My experience also covers underwriting, auditing, secondary market purchasing/bulk packaging and closing/escrow.

I have experience in training and specialize in analyzing the deal, the ability to think outside the box and specializing creative financing. My goal is to make all parties “a winner”, making money doing what I love and being in a position to pay it forward. I’ve fixed/flipped, carried short as well as long term rentals and wholesaled for 15 years and now I am looking forward to expand my wings in commercial and self storage as well as developing.
