Hi! I’m Laurie-ann Sheldrick, dubbed the contagiously positive girl ☺️ I was dubbed Contagiously Positive from a man I worked with in my past life when I worked for 10 years in General Contracting. He said, “you are so f-ing Contagiously Positive!” So when I started my business, I had to brand it Contagiously Positive.

I am a life coach, educator, podcaster, and speaker 🎙

My purpose and mission is to help women make happiness their permanent default setting by strengthening their emotional, mental, attitudinal and spiritual muscles. And we do this by no longer bypassing the inner work, and going all in on programming our brain 🧠 to work for us, instead of against us.

My superpower is helping women reprogram limiting beliefs.
