-MY STORY-
☄️Burnt-out & broken 💔 by ‘boundarylessness’ before I turned 21. Hustling for worth & knee-deep in toxic workplace 🧪& faith culture, people-pleasing & conflict averse, I was spiraling fast and in the words of my Dr: “needed to figure something our if you want to make it to 40 in one piece”.

I used my life & experiences as a laboratory to learn, practice and perfect the skills I needed not just to survive, but to flourish, despite what was going on around me. Now I run toward hard conversations, am in love with healthy boundaries and believe anyone can learn the practices that turned my life around! 🛠❤️

Helping people re-connect with themselves, others and God. 🤼‍♂️Handling hard conversations well with love & courage. ❤️Pushing back against divisive rhetoric and polarizing narratives. Turning towards one another in love, rather than away in fear. <— we can do all of these things - they’re skills we learn & practice, not talents we do/don’t have!🛠
