I have laughed one-on-one with hospice patients and trained healthcare workers who are suffering from compassion fatigue and need to relax, take care of themselves and just kick back and have fun. Companies hire me to work with their teams for stress management, team building and employee engagement to help with burnout, overwhelm and exhaustion. A Keynote Speaker, personal coach, and engaging experiential educator, I am at home on the stage and customise each of my sessions to address your specific needs.
A certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Teacher and Laughter Ambassador, I train others to be Laughter Yoga Leaders, and I look forward to returning to travel the world, so I can share laughter with you in person when it becomes possible again.
