As CEO and co-founder of OKR Advisors, I have the pleasure of helping organizations, their leaders and teams define, align, and realize impactful business outcomes and greater value to customers by enabling a more effective and agile approach to strategy execution. Together with our co-founders and community of certified OKR advisors, we are partnering with client organizations and software platforms to unlock the value that teams and organizations can generate by successfully adopting the use of OKRs and related strategy execution methodologies.

In my 20 years prior to OKR Advisors, I've had the privilege of working, collaborating with, and learning from some of the most talented professionals and business partners in the digital industry. Together with them, I've had the opportunity to define and drive go to market and growth strategies for large and mid-sized professional services organizations that have ultimately led to half a dozen mergers and acquisitions.

As a client partner, I have focused primarily on helping organizations adopt and expand a customer-centric focus and approach in the development and launch of digital products and experiences to market, while also coaching and supporting the adoption of an agile culture throughout the organization.
