LaShawn is both a Certified Life Coach and the founder and CEO of several thriving businesses and ministry. "Successful ME" Life Coaching, Make It Public Consulting Firm, and LaShawn Y. Traylor Ministries. Her goal is to create interdependent solutions to the problems within the lives and businesses that request her services. LaShawn is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a highly skilled leader, motivational speaker, and gifted preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

LaShawn also has excelled scholastically. She was awarded the Lambda award and was also initiated as a member from the Alpha Beta Gamma, an International Business Honor Society of Community, Junior, and Technical Colleges. In addition, LaShawn has degrees in Accounting, Information Technology and Office Systems Management. For the last 17 years, she has been a financial adviser to organizations that total in network of a million dollars of assets. Moreover, she has a remarkable record as a successful CFO to several organizations. She was awarded the "Spirit Award" from the ACLU of Mississippi for her help in the community. She has also been awarded by the Kiwanis Club of Flowood, MS for her work after Hurricane Katrina. Married to Bishop Lionel J. Traylor for over 25 years. With almost two decades of ministry, and eight wonderful kids between them. She resides in Jackson, MS, where she serves alongside her husband as a leader of The Epicenter Church.
