Bio

Fitness and Wellness Industry leader - Club Manager with over 15 years in the health and wellness industry. I began my fitness career competing and eventually winning 1st Place and Overall in the Arnold Amateur Classic Figure Competition. After retiring from competitive fitness, I received my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Corporate Health and Wellness.

I strive to keep up with industry standards and maintain relationships with the local wellness professionals through my involvement in the Atlanta Wellness Professionals Organization (AWP) and Women in Fitness Association (WIFA).

I love to interact with people and have a direct impact on people’s lives so I continue to teach healthy lifestyle behaviors and fitness classes. I believe in healthy living and find joy in helping clients reach their health and fitness goals through exercise and flexible nutrition.
