Marcus is an investment banker with US and international clients. His career spans three decades of transactional experience, focusing on raising and securing debt & equity for real estate projects from institutional investors ranging between $50 and $500 million. He has lived and worked in London, Sydney, and now Los Angeles.
Marcus grew up in London, witnessing his parent’s success in business with the founding of the Ben Sherman Co, a global fashion brand. Marcus has 3 children and lives by the beach in Playa Del Rey, CA.
Recently delivered $100m term sheet from an institutional LP for a real estate debt acquisition platform linked to a family office.
Passion project: OTT / CTV technology & distribution for content. Just assembled a world class management team. Press imminent 😃
