I’ve been in these situations myself and have leveraged my unique combination of skills and strategies to move into new and exciting roles ans to lead, manage and coach professionals from around the world. Working in the legal profession ⚖️ for nearly 15 years, I’ve had the chance to work directly with senior leaders at some of the most elite institutions and organizations around the world.

Through my experience I’ve developed an even deeper understanding of what strong leadership is and should be. I have helped dozens of professionals navigate career transitions within their own organizations (promotions, raises, title changes, lateral moves based on new career plans or priorities). I have worked with new and experienced leaders to build confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, improve communication, identify/resolve issues, discover and utilize their emotional intelligence and empathy, etc.
