Established in the summer of 2019, Laker Coffee Co. is your downtown stop for high-quality, hand-selected small batch coffee. Served out of redesigned and rebuilt 1972 RV. Completely built in house with locally sourced materials and suppliers.

Created by Chris McPhee, who has been a successful carpenter for over ten years, the mobile coffee trailer will be a jumping off point for Laker Coffee, while it establishes itself as a purveyor of high-end speciality brew and quality beans.

Laker Coffee’s mission is about quality. Our partners have travelled the world and developed a quality-focused—and sustainable—relationship with some of the world’s best coffee bean farms, from Costa Rica to Asia. We aim to bring this world-class coffee to a growing coffee community in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We want high-quality coffee to be accessible and available to the people of downtown YEG and we want to be the ones to provide that coffee. We want to give our customers a unique and memorable coffee experience that they will remember and return to. We want to be that little moment of enjoyment, a momentary reprieve, that you experience during your day.
