Oftentimes referred to as the "Black" Lorne Michaels (creator of Saturday Night Live), I had a (20+) career as co-creator of HBO's Def Comedy Jam recruiting the best-unrecognized comedians in the world

In 2008, I partnered with producer and talent manager Arthur Spivak to create Laff Mobb Enterprises, LLC and return to television as Executive Producer on truTV's comedy series, "Laff Mobb's Laff Tracks"
I have a partnership with the world-famous Apollo Theater to present the monthly Apollo Comedy Club
Currently, I am touring the nation to find a new generation of up-and-coming "Rising Star" comedians. Check my IG for dates and cities
