After suffering from crippling panic attacks for over 15 years following a horrific sexual assault, I finally found my way back to the life I had been dreaming of. What started as a simple suggestion from a friend turned into an extraordinary year long journey that completely changed my life. Now, as a Certified Life Coach, NLP and CBT practitioner, I help others find their way to the life they want.

📺 TV Production: Working as an Executive in Charge of Production, I have had a glittering 30-year career working on some of the biggest unscripted shows in Entertainment, Comedy and Reality across the globe.

🙋‍♀️ Coaching: I’m a Certified Life Coach, NLP and CBT practitioner, but I do coaching differently. Life doesn’t fit into a neat weekly time slot, so why should working on your goals?

🎤 Speaking: I firmly believe difficult topics don't have to be depressing, so let’s talk about the big stuff, but make it enjoyable.
