手仕事は、
制作して完成させていく達成感、
自由にアレンジしたりデザインして表現する心の解放、
集中することで心の揺れを整える癒し、
長期入院療養の経験から、そういった手仕事の力を十分に体験して今に至ります。
レッスンでもこのことを感じていただきながら生活の中でレース作りを楽しめるようにしています。

オムレツがうまく焼けたし
探し物も見つかった
靴のかかとが減ってきたけど
さっき虹がキレイだったな

こんなちっぽけなこの星で
争い奪い合いきずついて
いつかいやされる時を信じて
誰のためでもなくただ歌いたい


誰のものでもないこの星は
僕らが世界からいなくなっても
きっとここにある
変わり続ける
目の前にあるこの蛇口も
そんな世界と繋がってる

Nobody can ever own this planet
There is Someone planning to try monopolizing everything

They are full of greed, and stored too much,
and they always gobble up starving children.

We are now living on this planet that belongs to no one,never ever belongs to anyone.

This is it just I borrow ,that’s my body
Until the time will comes to give it back to this planet someday


I'm happy my omelet got better .
And I found something I lost
The heels of my shoes are wearing out,
but I just saw a rainbow , it was beautiful.


On this tiny tiny tiny planet
We’re fighting against and hurting each other.
Believing someday we’ll be healed will come,
I just want to sing a song for no-one

But this beautiful planet which no one own,
after we will disappear from this world,
It must be exist here and keep turning round.
The tap in front of you is connecting to those kind of world.

Anyone never own it ,it never for anyone,
Never be monopolizing,
Until I give it back there
