My research focus on Applying Machine learning methods to clinical data of Huntington’s diseases (HD). Within this I engage in widespread neuropsychological analysis, as well as developing models using software including R, Python and SAS.


Collaboration: my main personal research interest are in the areas of Data mining and operations research, including multivariate modelling, online anomaly detection etc.
