⏰🏗🏙 “Time to Build!!!” says Marc Andreessen, a cofounder at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. YES!!! What am I building?

🛠🏪 I’m BUILDING a theatre. Plans are for Chicago’s Theatre Y to be the centerpiece of my $500,000-plus project that may transform what had been a half block of vacant lots and neglected apartment buildings into a campus of sorts, with live music in an outdoor garden, a theater, “Paris” in a passageway, and artists from the theater living alongside their space, some possibly in tiny houses. In the completed project (planned for the end of 2021) that building will house a 40-seat theater and five apartments (including a coach house), to be rented by Theatre Y for its members.

🏺⚱️ With $200,000 of my own money, I built, FOUNDED, and then curated the “Gallery of Art & Objects of Historical Interests,” “(GAOHI).” I’m trying to inspire local residents to learn about and learn to love historically, culturally, and socially critical art.

🦅🐝🐢🐠 With my own hands, from Oct 1, 2019 to Oct 1, 2020, I CREATED a $300,000 urban Forest Garden in Chicago’s North Lawndale community. It now features over 5000 plants in 500 different species. Plus, I built in water features (ponds, a stream, fountains, and waterfalls); and fire features (a sunken stone fire pit). I added microscopic creatures and a variety of insects. And I included small wildlife such as fish, frogs, and turtles.

🧬⏳🛎 Are there tactics to BUILDING COMPLETE HEALTH, defined as DISEASE REVERSAL? YES: 🔎 1st, stop your telomeres from getting shorter (widely accepted methods exist, i.e., Fe [Iron]); 🔎 2nd, start elongating your telomeres (no one debates the possibility anymore, i.e., because increased O [Oxygen] is outcome determinative); and, 🔎 3rd, activate your dormant beneficial genes (a new way of thinking, i.e., DNA methylation-demethylation)!!!
