Having been in HR for 10+ years, I have been provided a unique experience into the vastness, complexities, and beauty of human beings. Feeling defeated at times, in the constraints HR has (& my desire to connect with people on a deeper level), I decided to take all of my background, education (B.S in Human Development), professional experience - and channel it into a resource where I can fulfill my heart’s mission.

And thus........ Intentional Transformation Coaching was born. 💫

Through my coaching method, I help create a space where individuals can uncover the self-truths holding them back, discover their true values, strengths & purpose in life, and transform their life through intentional action.

My ultimate mission in life is to take the work I do as a coach and create a foundation that supports & helps single moms (CHER•ISH Foundation) - so that they can balance life a little more easily and have an opportunity to show up as their best selves; for themselves & their children.

My goal with Clubhouse is to engage and to learn more from others (the learner in me 🙋🏼‍♀️), provide my knowledge & experience when/where it’s needed - and to share a space with people where we can collectively raise the energy, spirt & power of this world - through our most influential tool; communication(getting back to the SOCIAL part of social media).
