✨ I help others to heal by releasing what is not serving them through Reiki, meditation and consulting. ✨

✨I have a passion for sharing Meditation, Energy Education and healing with my community. Each one of us has unique gifts that we are supposed to share with the world, but often times those gifts remain unwrapped. I help others to tune out the noise and release the old energy that is not serving them so that they can find peace & clarity and tap into their special gifts.✨

💻 Online Energy Education and Offerings:

🧘‍♀️Collective Healing Hour- The first and third Wednesday of each month, I host virtual group Energy Experiences. I guide my group through a meditation and send them remote Reiki energy at the same time. This helps others to find peace, healing & insight as well as bringing balance to their energy and physical body.

✨Energy Coaching- One on one Energy Sessions to help you release what is no longer serving you and recharge your energy and physical body. When we do this, we create room for expansion, growth and new opportunities. Virtual or In Person Sessions available.

🧘‍♀️Meditation Library- Meditation brings clarity and increases our ability to focus. I created an online library of recorded meditations that I add to each month. Most of them are about 10 minutes so that you can easily incorporate them into your day.
