I think I will be able to add value to young professionals in the corporate world seeking to make an impact in their careers. I have helped the leadership of SME IT firms by being a sounding board and helping them with their strategy.

I am also on the advisory boards of select B Schools.

As part of my corporate engagement largely with the IT industry I am constantly requested for references for hiring sales and consulting professionals. So I am constantly looking out for entrepreneurial, can do, collaborative and empathetic professionals with an innate ability to learn.
