Current major projects:

Tracks Bazaar - 11 acre development in downtown Greensboro, NC. Whisky bar, food truck park, outdoor entertainment venue, food hall, micro shops, coworking, art gallery, event space, and pop up skate park.

Midtown - I’ve assembled 35 acres since the early 90s in the midtown area including Westover Gallery of Shops. My RED Cinemas, Pig Pounder Brewery and Burger Warfare restaurant are located there as well as myriad tenants. I’m working to add higher density retail/multifamily/hospitality options there.
