There is a warfare on the mental well being of men in our community and society has made it challenge for men, particular Type A Alpha males to openly express themselves and their emotional, spiritual, and even physical challenges. This struggle has been personalized, in that I have been allowed to go through and experience such struggles and come out victorious and proclaiming the glory of God. I am grateful to have been able to endure the challenges I have faced, equipping me with the tools and ability, formulating in me a fiery passion and desire to help others grow from what I have experienced.
Pearls of Change Wellness is just that place to help guide us in the 21st century, helping men know it is okay to be vulnerable, opening up, allowing them to understand they are not weak and timid. In addition, it is okay to talk about their issues and problems, getting to root, which will ultimately lead to the breaking of generational challenges.
