I don’t believe in just helping you make small improvements. There are plenty of improvement coaches out there who will offer tweaks to give you an extra 5%. That’s not me.

I don’t believe in friendly advice. We will be friends outside of our sessions but whilst I’m coaching you, we won’t be buddies and we won’t do lunch.

I won’t let you make excuses. I won’t let you settle for ‘good enough’.

I won’t let you look outside of yourself for the reasons you haven’t reached your potential. You don’t need a coach for that.

I don’t work with clients who just like to be coached.

I don’t work with clients who are just curious.

I don’t work with clients who just want me to help them show off.

If this is you, you don’t want me as your coach.

How I coach is different.

I am direct. I am laser-focused, and I will be hard on you. (You should want that in your coach).

I will challenge your thoughts and your opinions about yourself and what you can achieve.

I will cross-examine you to force you to confront your truth head on.

Every session we do will be deep, piercing and uncompromising.

It will feel arduous.

You will experience mental exhaustion.

You will question everything you believe about the way you present yourself to others.

I will push you to change your game.

I will guide you to the edge of discomfort and then take you beyond that.

I will coach you to transform the way you communicate because the world belongs to the great communicators, and your career success depends on it.

Together we will pursue excellence.

We will be ridiculously ambitious and we will smash through any obstacles we face to get to the goals we set.

My one definition of success is that by the end of our time together, you will have the confidence, belief, and ability to become the outstanding communicator that you were meant to be.
