海外在住経験なし。仕事で英語を使う会社員。実用英語にリンクしたTOEICのスコアアップを目指す。英語で苦しむ人の助けにもなりたい。

加齢による体重増に趣味の自転車と犬の散歩で抗うも、依然効果なし。Switchのリングフィットアドベンチャー導入を検討中。

若くは無くなった今、何でも焦らず、楽しみ、でも確実に前へ進みたいお年頃。

No experience living abroad. Company employee who uses English on business. Aiming to improve my TOEIC score, which is linked to practical English. Would also like to help others who are struggling with English.

Trying to fight weight gain due to aging by bicycling and walking the dog as hobbies, but still no effect. Considering introducing the Switch Ring Fit Adventure.
