Hello 👋🏻 my name is Klaus (rhymes with “house”)
My pronouns are He/Him.

I am a Happiness Practitioner dedicated to cultivating joy and positivity in each moment—every day. I share what I am learning through coaching others in development of Self-Mastery through Mindfulness.

I believe in the power of starting with your Self, for if we each optimize for our own health and well-being, then our ability to help others is unlocked.

I am particularly interested in exploring ways in which I can leverage my white privilege in the service of helping my #BIPOC brothers and sisters. It is my intention to listen, learn and—more importantly—take action against the toxic masculinity and systemic racism that has been allowed to fester for far too long.

I believe that the best things we ever accomplish are those things done in collaboration with and in service to others. I strive to do more of both.

More arty than mathy, I am also an Experience Designer, Motorcyclist, Musician, Husband to my wife of 22 years and Father to a gifted teen.
