Being involved with communities and creating increased quality of life for individuals is my passion-

For seven years, I've granted life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses alongside Make-A-Wish Wisconsin & Give Kids the World. Being a wish granting volunteer has shown me real-life magic. The kind of magic people think only comes from fairytales, but I've seen it inside hospital rooms and homes where families & communities come together to support each other in their darkest moments.

Being a helper has always been my calling. When my Grandpa was diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinson's Disease, I took on a leadership role in his care. His journey through the negative effects of aging taught me the importance of quality connection with our elders. When we made the difficult decision to put my Grandpa in a Memory Care Unit, I discovered iN2L and the benefits of increased engagement for seniors. The magic of creating meaningful moments with my Grandpa, using the iN2L system, made me feel like I was connected to him again and that is something that I will never forget. I cherish every Johnny Cash song we sang together, every story he told , and all of our last moments. Since his passing, I've made it my journey to continue to bring engagement technology to all seniors going through similar experiences.
