Worked on a product, digital transformation, and enterprise roadmaps closely with the C-level and pioneered several advanced strategizing techniques.

Demonstrated the use of cutting-edge software development tools and technologies and their advantages in all aspects from productivity to ROI. Created several prototypes and proofs-of-concept which helped products improve in both user experience and productivity.

After 10 years of customer-facing roles with international exposure and on-site experience to countries like Europe, Singapore, Dubai, UK, and US, I believe that the most important part is to listen closely to customers and use probing questions to get to the root of their issues and goals.
