Bio

I am an informal mentor/life coach/counsellor with a heart for young people and a burning desire to encourage, embolden and support anyone who may benefit from an empathic, listening, non judgemental and encouraging ear.

My motto is quite clear: be the difference you want to make; effect the change you want to see.

I am the director of Signergy Interpreting Consultancy Ltd, where as a Qualified British Sign Language/English Interpreter, I work in diverse settings from the historic London 2012 Olympics to key political debates in the Houses of Parliament and wide ranging national and international events.

In leading a Deaf Ministry within my local church, it is part of my wider purpose to widen the access provided to the deaf community both locally, and online using digital platforms to reach others across the UK.

Aligned to this, I support various organisations which internationally support the development and sustainability of the deaf community, signed languages and sign language interpreters / interpreting.
